Wisdom Tidbit From Tsiava

How not to be a couch potato.

While watching Dora the Explorer, be sure and get up and stretch in the middle of the movie. Caution, can cause mom to have a fit about you falling.

Golf

I went to to Golf in Stuff with mom and her teen group....I'm sure I did everything right, grabbed and moved others golf balls, hit the bushes with the club, tripped over club, and tried to get in the creek running through the course.

If you were wondering........

If you were wondering how underwear should be worn.

Work Turkey Day

Little miss thing couldn't make it through the work pre-Thanksgiving Turkey Day.

Sick Witch

Well Halloween was a bust this year, Tsiava and I were both feeling under the weather so we made a limited jaunt......to the Wang Households and Rachel/Janis's House. As you can tell from Tsiava's eyes, she's not herself.

Pretty In Pink

I was so very stylish at my brunch with Auntie Justine, pretty in pink with my shades in hand and my pink Converse.

Okay, some requests for pics of mom (me). Tsiava and I were able to visit with a good friend of mine in Reno 2 weekends ago (she lives on CO. but was visiting family in Reno), had a wonderful time.

blah blah blah

I've just spent the past hour and a half reading other's blogs -I mean working! I've been at my desk working! LOL. I got so caught up checking in on other's lives that I forgot where I was. Time well worth spent. In addition to some well needed self-reflection, I've concluded I'm on the same road as many and despite all the bumps life is good.

As most of you know, I'm raising my little one on my own -very doable but not a suggested way to go. For the past year life has been ever changing, filled with love, with a high level of frustration -in part due to my own expectations. I have appreciated reading the single breadwinner and the homemaker postings -in agreement with many of the comments but also with some amusement. I attempt to accomplish both roles while keeping my sanity and thank my lucky stars that I have loving friends close by and a family (be they far away) who keep tabs on my sanity. oh yeah and friends who don't mind that my house has been redecorated by an 18 month

old -her idea of great wall paint is beating the crayons on the wall, smearing apple sauce on the table and all four legs while mom's not looking, and scattering shoes about the carpet. Thank heavens for little blessings, she rarely repeats this performance (pic above -3 days old)

Okay back to work.

Can you find me? I'm sure you can't see me........making a present for mom in grandma Juana's front yard......a very smelly one.

Follow the Leader

Hmm who is in charge? Tsiava! In her little short life little Miss T has demonstrated that she has a bold personality and others follow.

Dress Up

At the age of 17 months I already have a fetish for shoes........any kind that I find lying around I must try on and wear around the house.
