I've (once again) started on a mission to be healthier, happier, and there be a little less of me. Anyone have a magic pill to make this happen!? I've added a weight loss ticker to my page, the reason behind this is that I need to be held accountable, I need a spot to publicly track my progress, so that if I get off track I'll be reminded to get me rear in gear!
At the beginning of this month I began Weight Watchers, so far it has been going well. I've had a couple days where I've eaten over my points (Wedding & family outing), but have felt very comfortable and happy with my daily intake.
